My parents were restaurateurs, so I grew up within the catering Industry.
I went on to be trained in “Silver” service, table-side flambe service. I was also trained in the British Airways First class service which enables that little extra elegance we all are looking for.
My travels all over the globe as a Stewardess with BA allowed me to experience and taste flavours and combinations I would never have anticipated.
